When seeking help always get a second or third opinion from a professional source or a very intelligent well trusted friend or family member. There's a lot of fraud, false medical claims and Doctors over prescribing medications. So please do your homework especially with medications and treatment alternatives. Be positive and be hopeful but don't be Gullible. Not all Doctors are Honest or Educated so its not just about who you can trust.
I have a lot of experience with drugs. When I was younger I experimented with all types of drugs. Some of those experiences were pleasant, some of those experiences were not so pleasant, with some of those experiences nearly killing me. I'm certainly not proud of it. I just didn't know any better, just like any fool. Call it peer pressure, call it being social, call it being stupid, call it having fun, call it trying to relax or or just call it trying to feel good, whatever the reason, you will eventually realize that the reasons you thought were justified, none of those reasons were actually logical. You know you made a risky decision, which was not all that bad because taking risks is what humans do, we are born with it. If humans didn't take risks we could not survive. But because we can learn, we can choose when to take risks more carefully. Our increased knowledge gives us the ability to measure our cause and effects so we can make better decisions. But because humans have vulnerabilities and weaknesses we are prone to make mistakes. But luckily the more we learn about ourselves and our world, the less mistakes we make. I know I wasted a lot of time, I know I have done damage to myself and I know I have hurt other people, all because of drugs and the poor decisions that I made. I regret the mistakes, but I regret more not learning from those mistakes the way I should have. You really have no idea how ignorant you are until you get the information and knowledge that finally reveals your ignorance. But even then, if you don't take the steps to repair your vulnerabilities you will stay vulnerable. And once you learn that you are an addict or learn that you have an addictive personality, you will always be vulnerable unless you learn about the techniques and skills that will keep your addictions from controlling your actions. This process of Self-Control is not easy, but it can be done. Relapse You need the right information and knowledge at the right time and in the right environment. Learning is a process that the human brain is very capable of doing. Don't get discouraged or get frustrated by a slow progress, just keep learning. You will eventually experience the power and control that comes from a well educated brain. An Awareness that only comes from increased information and knowledge.
Of all the good memories I have and of all the good times that I had, drugs and partying were not on the list, though at the time I thought they were. Could I have had fun without drugs? Of course I did. Did drugs help me? At that time I thought they did. but I had nothing else to rely on or nothing else to compare it to. There was this void of knowledge, and it was not my vault. There is only so much a person can be aware of, especially when you are not given a complete education, which till this day still does not exist, but I'm working on it.

One of my fears about using drugs; I was afraid that my personality would never return to normal after coming down from a drug and that my awareness would never be the same. Sometimes it would take days for me to feel like myself again, but that was still not enough to stop the drug use. I witnessed peoples personalities change because of drugs. I witnessed their lives being drastically altered, but even then, that was not enough to stop my own experimenting, why?
The "Just Say No" campaign was so ignorant and incomplete. If you don't explain Why to kids, then you end up saying nothing? If you're young and thinking about taking drugs, or you have been offered drugs, the main reason to say "No Thank You" is that your brain is not fully developed yet, so it's extremely dangerous to experiment with something that you don't need, especially when a drug could have adverse effects on your Mental ability. This is all related to a persons knowledge and wisdom. It's not from the lack of experience, because experience can be misinterpreted. Some people see the experience like this, because the drug doesn't kill you, well at least not yet, or at least not you, you keep doing the drug because you feel safe. Or maybe you just don't care about the damage? Either way you are misinformed.
So the experimenting has turned into an addiction. And when you are addicted you can no longer be fully aware of yourself or fully aware of the world. In a sense you stop learning. There's experimenting and then there's addiction. You want to experiment because you want to find out for yourself. But if people have already done the Research and found nothing, then what's the point? Though Marijuana is the safest drug that I have ever done, marijuana still has its dangers. With so many types of marijuana which one is right for me? I can't do it everyday, so how much is actually safe? Zero or a little?
Either you don't have enough information and knowledge or you're not correctly understanding the information and knowledge that you have, in most cases it's both. I would never say that you should never do drugs. I would only ask why? Is it a need? Is it a want? What are you searching for? What are you running from? What ever reason is, if you lack the information and knowledge to make a rational decision then you should hold off from your experiment until you have learned everything there is to know. The information and knowledge is there, so It all depends on how and when you find it and if you understand it correctly.
There are other forms of addiction that are just as dangerous, so it's not just drugs. This is more then just a drug problem. The drug just makes you aware that there is a problem. The problem is you. You are experiencing processing errors and you believe that you can correct your problems with drugs. You can't. Maybe temporarily or maybe you will make things worse. You may find some answers when doing drugs, but when you compare drugs to other ways of finding answers you are probably better off without drugs. Do you think that drugs are the only way to ask a question? It's like you keep asking the same question over and over again and hoping for an answer to appear. Remember that one of the characteristic traits of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. But don't feel bad, we are all idiots. The good thing though, is that we don't have to be idiots.

You have to except the fact that some people will never change. It's really hard to change someone. So sometimes it's easier for you to make the change. And it's not really a change either, it's more of an adjustment. Two Wrongs Don't Make a Right. When someone treats you badly do not take Revenge or get even or get back at someone by repeating the same ignorant behavior. This kind of action usually makes things worse and seldom teaches the other person about how hurtful or how damaging their actions were. Plus this kind of revenge can have a negative affect and make you look like the guilty one. A thorough communication is needed to explain why this action was inappropriate and why you take offence. It really means nothing if you can't say it nicely. I'm always disappointed in myself when I use harsh words and angry tones when communicating. Because I know that it's really not an effective way to communicate. I'm trying to convey an idea, so why do I need emotion? I'm Logically Happy. I know that I cannot control everything in my life or control everything in other people’s lives. (Rationality) I try to control as many things that I can and always strive to maintain Balance and Symmetry. I'm mostly Happy because being Sad and worrying is illogical and offers no benefit to me or anyone else. So being happy is just logical and it makes sense as long as my feelings of sadness are not related to Chemical or Physical Imbalances influenced by bad diet or environment. Plus being happy is also much more enjoyable then being Sad, Depressed or Insecure, but you have to understand the causes in order to make changes. And it's definitely more then just Optimism or positive thinking, feeling happy and hopeful just feels better. Sadness is hardly ever helpful in any situation. But I wouldn't want to do away with sadness because Sadness surely makes you appreciate happiness a whole lot more. I do more when I'm happy, whether that's good or bad, because it all boils down to how you use your time, whether you're happy or sad. Simplify You should never be the cause of your own suffering. Thinking Positive and Positive Thinking... Thinking positive is much more then just having a Predominant Positive Attitude and it's definitely much more than just repeating a few positive words or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. What's the difference between Extrasensory Perception and Insecurity? Interpersonal intelligence I don't worry about the things that I cannot control because that would be paranoid, which is illogical. Over thinking and Paranoia are two different things. it's good to have an open mind to all the possibilities, but try not go to far in one direction. Balance (Metaphysics). I don't worry about things that could happen or could not happen. Sanity I prepare myself as best as I can by analyzing as much information that I can. Philosophy I understand that I can't control everything but I do my best to control as much as I can. I understand that I can't accomplish everything but I do my best to accomplish as much as I can. I know that there are no guarantees in life but I play the odds as best as I can. Optimism, Pessimism or just being content are illogical perceptions and a complete waste of time, and time is all you have. Patting yourself on the back for all the wrong reasons or thinking things will be OK ,or thinking things will be bad, or being happy with the way things are, is just more distractions. Logically analyzing the situation is your best bet. Every human is privileged to have time so please don't waste it on illogical Perceptions. To be logical is to be happy. Depression: To me Depression is a Chemical Reaction or information in the brain that is misinterpreted, which makes your thoughts difficult to control and not easy to understand. Human chemistry is very sensitive and complex. We have learned that Thoughts can influence Mood and Mood can influence Thoughts. We have also learned a lot about how our human chemistry is affected by our environment and by the choices that we make. We have learned that the human body needs maintenance in order for it to maximize its physical abilities. Some of this maintenance includes proper exercise, proper sleep and proper food intake. We have learned to never underestimate the importance of this human responsibility of maintaining a healthy and strong body. The main reason being that proper exercise and proper food intake also controls the human chemistry that we depend on to work properly. And we need to understand as much as we can about our human chemistry if we are to recognize when things are not correct. Reoccurring concerns that we experience are questions that we need to answer completely or they will continue to show up in our thought processes. Our Relationships with other people can have both positive and negative impacts on our chemistry. When these impacts are negative, these types of stresses can cause confusion in our human chemistry. But just being physically strong will not guarantee that you will not struggle with your emotions or recognize when your thinking has become impaired. This is because everyone reacts to suffering a little differently. Some may become traumatized, some may become more cautious, some may become more aggressive and some may even inflict on others what they have experienced. Cautious people may become more aware of the danger while the aggressive people become more aware of their limits in reference to their abilities. Out of all the millions of decisions a person makes in their lifetime, there could always be this one decision that will ultimately end a person’s life. I see Suicide as a momentary lapse of Reason where Depression and Disappointment meets Opportunity. But even then, total forgiveness is a must. For one bad decision out of a million can hardly be considered a commitment. For some who attempted suicide and failed have never attempted again. So you have to wonder if everyone failed a suicide attempt how many would still be alive. Either way no one can be blamed, for every human who lives makes mistakes. Our only hope is to learn as much as we can from a persons life and learn as much as we can from the people who knew that person. Every life teaches us something. Something that is extremely risky and dangerous is sometimes called suicidal. So why is it when a person who dies from an action that is extremely risky and dangerous, is sometimes called a Hero? Just because a person believes that they had no intentions in dying, still cannot say that a particular action was not going to kill them or that they were honestly aware of all their choices and options. And a person could never say that their death was more important then their life, for the causes and effects from an entire lifetime can never be easily calculated. So why is there this stigma with suicide when its definition and meaning cannot even be clearly defined or understood. A person who commits suicide can never honestly say that they knew that they were going to live or die, after all, no one truly knows what death means to a soul. In a way Life itself is suicide. We all live knowing that we are eventually going to die, yet we keep going. So I guess that means everyone is a hero and that no one is actually suicidal. So what's left for the Brave. Lets call them Super Heroes, A person who acts when others will not. A person who makes sacrifices when others will not. A person who makes a difference when others can not.
