A Stratovolcano in the Shasta Trinity National Forest in Northern California.
The second-highest peak in the Cascade Range, measuring a couple hundred feet short of Mount Rainier in Washington.

A stratovolcano is also known as a composite volcano.
A tall, conical volcano composed of many layers of hardened lava, tephra, and volcanic ash.
