Stop Stealing My Photos

Just because I donated time and money to the city of Danbury doesn’t mean you have the right to steal and use my photos for whatever purpose you want.

First “City Center Danbury” stole a photo of mine of a statue right outside their office window on Main street. They used it on their home page website for months. When I asked City Center Danbury if they would like to pay to use the photo they decided to just remove it. How does a business that claims “business development” justify stealing from other businesses? The ignorant response of the women who ran the office was that she had found the photo.
When I tried to explain to her Copyright laws she just responded to me that she had 6 lawyers working for her.
So maybe her 6 lawyers can explain to her the law so she can finally stop looking like a fool.
The scene was totally embarrassing to me to say the least.

Next was the Quarry Nature Center website which refused to remove my stolen photos for months. I asked them to at least give me credit for the photos on their website. Finally they just removed my photos and never paid for the use or even thanked me for letting them use my photos.
Now their website has no decent photos to show how nice the park is, what a shame.

Other publications and websites in Danbury have also stolen my copyrighted photos. Like the Communidade News, they actually put one of my stolen photos on a flyer and placed it on my car. They also would not respond or pay for the use of my photo, which I would have charge them very little for because of its size.

So please everyone just ask first before you steal from me.
I’m very reasonable in my prices and don’t mind donating from time to time,
but this is my living and I have bills to pay too.
