Grotto exploring near Tagus Cove, Isabela Island  (Albemarle)   Video of Isabela Island

The largest island in the Galapagos at 1,771 square miles.
Made up of 6 large shield volcanoes fused into one island.
Isabela's Wolf Volcano, at 5,600 ft., is the highest point in the Galapagos.
Though we never set foot on Isabela, its shores and under sea world were booming with life.
On our panga rides around Isabela shores we did grotto exploring, snorkeled and jumped of the ship in Tagus Cove.

Species viewed: Galapagos Sea Lions and Fur Sea Lions, Marine Iguanas, Blue Footed Boobies, Great Blue Heron,
Galapagos Penguins, Flightless Cormorant, Sally Lightfoot Crabs.
